How To Order
Step 1: Place Your Order
- Fax, e-mail or mail your order to us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order and have begun to process it.
- Please specify the method of shipping on your purchase order. If a method is not specified, Zipline will use our own judgment in selecting the carrier and method in order to meet your in hands date. Factory will always choose a method that is trackable unless otherwise specified.
- Reorders: Please note our invoice number on your order or your previous order number.
Step 2: Send Your Artwork
- Fax, e-mail or mail your order to us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order and E-mail your electronic artwork to art@ziplinepromo.com.
- When we receive your e-mail, we will reply with an artwork acknowledgement to let you know we have received your artwork and have begun to process it.
- After we process your order and electronic artwork, we will send you an order confirmation (typically within 24 hours of receipt of your complete order and artwork).
- Note: If there is a problem with your artwork, you will receive a phone call or email from one of our order specialists.
Step 3: Artwork Approval
We will send you a paper proof of your artwork via email for approval. Please review the e-proof for accuracy and click approved or email to proceed to production. Your order cannot move forward until we receive your approval.
Step 4: Production & Shipping
Once your order is produced and processed through shipping, we will send you a shipping notice. This acknowledgement will include tracking numbers that can be used to track your order online.
